"Being an engineer I knew that there were
certain details that I wanted to cover. But, I wasn't
going to spec out to him exact dimensions on a room or
window because he knew how they would work better than I
did. He was willing to take my ideas and my concepts and
put them into the actual construction."

goes around and accomodates you during your one year
warranty program."

"We had two walk-thrus before we even bought the house, to
make sure that things were okay before we even did the
closing. Now I felt that was really a nice point. The home
is well constructed. They will work with you. Even though
we weren't having this home built for us, they still made
sure that things were to our satisfaction before we moved
into the house. After we bought it, my husband has been in
contact with them, minor things but they have been real
prompt with helping us."

"I think you get what you pay for with RMT, but you get a
little more too. You get the quality, the price, the
service and all these things are up front before you even
really put your "John Henry" on your papers. Randy came to
the closing which took all of 25 minutes to close on a
house. It was incredible. There was a person in our
neighborhood who had another builder build his house, he
had originally looked at our house. He was walking his dog
through the neighborhood and said, "My wife and I went
through that house and we really liked it." But they
didn't buy it, we did. So I am happy with my house and he
is not as happy with his. I am glad he didn't buy it."

"We went through it and we liked the floor plan but we
went and saw more. We always kept going back and saying,
"But his had this and this and this. We kept coming back
because none of them measured up to what we found with
Randy. Randy's floor plans are really convenient and
spacious and really dramatic. Being transferred in a new
city, the first thing that helps you adjust is having a
nice home and we love our home. It seems like we got more
for our dollar here, square footage wise, quality wise and
in the work that he did for us. He was just real flexible
to work with and helped us. He just really explained
things to us and didn't treat us like as if we were
ignorant about the construction process."
