Villages of Providence
Homes in the Villages of Providence range from the $190,000’s to $290,000+. This community is located in West Chester, Butler County, an ideal location with easy access to Cincinnati and Dayton. It is only 5 miles to I-75, 3 miles to I-275 and half a mile to State Route 129. The amenities include Homeowners Association, several lakes, walking & biking/exercise trails, convenient shopping and restaurants within walking distance and Lakota Schools. All homes are brick wrap on the first floor.  RMT has several lots, located on the lakes and in cul-de-sac, vary in size allowing for larger homes or extra garage additions or both.

Monroe Crossings
Homes in Monroe Crossings range from $170,000’s to $230,000+.  This community, nestled between Dayton and Cincinnati, is only 4 miles from I-75.  There is
access to the subdivision on Route 4 and Route 63.  Adjoining Monroe Crossings will be a 27 acre park, a new Day Care Center, Church and several other commercial properties. Some of the amenities include a Homeowner’s Association, a hiker/biker trail winding around the subdivision, a brand new school K thru 12th grade, all underground utilities, a pocket park with a playground, sidewalks, street lights along Crossings Blvd. and in each single family pod, and wooded lots. Reserves of Providence
Homes in this prestigious, West Chester community start in the $400,000 plus range.

The Reserves of Providence has been designed to provide the custom home client with a less complex alternative to the mixed use planned unit development. The amenities of the Reserves of Providence are passive in nature and consist of open spaces, green belts, water views, walking trails, wooden lots and panoramic views.
