Below is a list that is provided at the time you sign your lease agreement, so you are aware of the cost of property damage, and so you can avoid these expenses and do what is necessary to get all your deposit back.

Tenants agree that subject to the conditions above, the security deposit will be refunded in full within 30 days after the lease has expired and you have vacated the premises on time.  It is understood that the above amounts are minimal charges and are subject to change without notification, and there could be additional charges that are not listed.
