Dear Tenants:
We thank you for renting from us for the upcoming school year.  Below are some helpful tips upon moving into your new home.

  1. 2-3 weeks prior to move in, make arrangements for your move in date to get keys for the rental unit or the keys may be in the rental unit at the time of move in.

  2. We encourage tenants to contact utility companies 2-3 weeks prior to move in to help avoid any delays with service.

  1. Please make a detailed checklist of any damage(s) or repairs that need done.  This list must be received no more than 5 days from the date you lease agreement begins.  Failure to do so will result in you accepting the rental unit as is.
     
  2. Rental payments are due on the following dates:

    November 23, _______________

    March 1, _______________

Failure to pay rent on the designated due date(s) will result in a $5.00 per day late fee.
